Central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) was diagnosed. Vision loss of the right eye also appeared, and the numbness of the right foot worsened. She was diagnosed with Churg-Strauss syndrome (CSS) due to bronchial asthma, eosinophilia, and vasculitis (CRAO and numbness). Her symptoms were unresponsive to systemic corticosteroid therapy, but improved when cyclophosphamide pulse was added. Vision disorders are uncommon manifestations of CSS. Close co-ordination with ophthalmologists is important for diagnosis and treatment. ER -
