Flow diagram for a processing line of sea bass in two different fish farms have been drawn and on the base of C.P sampling have been planned in order to assess G.H.P by means of skin swabs for the TMC test. The muscles of fish have been sampled for the research of pathogens bacteria Vibrio spp, Salmonella spp and Listeria spp.
