In the last years the presence of foreign patients inside Emergency Departments is increased, this means many problems, like misunderstanding, communication difficulties and more problematic situations when, our work or our expectations meet the values sideboards and life style of our patients. This article purpose is to describe this phenomenon inside Biella Emergency Departments, because if you know a situation you can solve it better.
